CABLE
Your Flipears In-Ear Monitors feature detachable cables. Gently pull and wiggle the connectors up and down.
Warning: Avoid using too much force detaching the cables. Excessive cable replacement may cause damage to the socket of your IEMs, which will not be covered by warranty as this will fall under misuse, modification, and negligence.
EAR WAX REMOVAL
When cleaning your IEMs, use the included ear wax removing tool to extract the ear wax. Point the tip of the canal downwards to avoid earwax debris to get into the drivers’ spout.
Do not use other tools to avoid pushing the ear wax deeper and damaging the sound tube and drivers/speakers.
SURFACE CLEANING
After every use, clean the surface of your IEMs using the included microfiber cloth to wipe all the dust, sweat, and wax to avoid scratches and moisture.
Do not use other type of cloth other than microfiber cloth and do not submerge your IEMs in water.
CARRYING CASE
Whenever not in use, put your IEMs in the Air/Water tight hard case to protect it from damage while carrying or while in storage.
For the best functionality and condition of your IEMs, avoid dropping that can cause shock or vibration to your IEMs and to prevent damage to the drivers or speaker inside. Ensure that the cable is firmly arranged before closing the hardcase.
