WARRANTY TERMS

FlipEars is offering a one-year limited warranty in all FlipEars models. We assure and warrant all models – especially the drivers/speakers – to be free from damage for a period of one year from the date of acceptance of the customer. FlipEars guarantee to repair or replace models within the period of warranty.

When claiming warranty, please send us your proof of purchase for our reference.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty gets void when damage is caused by modifications without the company’s permission. An example of this is when 2-pin sockets get loose due to unnecessary and excessive detaching of cables.

The warranty will not cover hardware or shell damage caused by accident, misuse, clogged earwax, shock, distortion caused by excessive volume, physical wear and tear, negligence, abuse, cable modification, cable upgrade, and acts of God.

The warranty will not cover damage caused by 3rd party repair, modification and maintenance.

For broken shells such as cracks and major scratches, we offer re-shelling service. Re-shelling rates vary on model, customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping. For more information please contact us.

Our cables are guaranteed to be perfectly working upon its arrival. Our cables have one-month warranty for Genesis model, and six-months warranty for Aiden, Aisha, Aim, A-Z, Alpha, and Ace.

Cable warranty does not cover discoloration of our silver cables. It is normal for our silver cable to change color due to oxidation.

In case of malfunctioning cable, we sell our replacement cables for $39.

FIT WARRANTY

We offer 30-day fit guarantee. In case of fit problem, we guarantee to refit, adjust, or rebuild your FlipEars within the 30-day fit warranty period.

Note: Customers must shoulder the shipping fee of their FlipEars to our laboratory. We will also cover the shipping when we ship them back to the customer.
